Banksy is selling a £10 million stencil to save Oscar Wilde prison

Banksy is planning to raise enough money to match the 10 million pound offer for the prison building that Oscar Wilde was incarcerated in. Banksy wants to turn the prison into an arts centre, rather than it being sold to a group of developers. In order to do so, he will sell the stencil of a work he painted on the side of the grade II listed building. On record, it is believed that Banksy has only sold one stencil before, which makes this an extremely rare opportunity for the future buyer. The estimated value of the stencil is between 10 and 15 million pounds and will be sold to a private collector without an auction. Hopefully, we will hear more soon about this exciting news!
